yup!
Any locations you can think of? I think I'm the ONLY one more north than most. The last one was the one I did and of course I made it near me. But that doesn't have to be the case. It has to be a place able to have cars park with no,nada, zero fees of any kind. A place where gang bangers would not bug us. A place we can sit and show that is not under 100 degree heat. Get those thinking caps on! Make suggestions.

Never been there. But it doesn't sound good for scenic meet. We could have a "side" meet at the CAM meet at Griffith Park. I could find a place that we can set up sleeping tents in nearby area to have our meet the next day so members don't have to drive home and back. We could meet at CAM and then later drive to location. A bit of gas and drive ...but fun.

ab....so...lute....ly! As long as each of us has the decal! LOL
SO....Who else in our group thinks this is a great idea he came up with....I'm up. I need to know how many so I can convey this to Scanlessfool to ask his opinion on an area I could claim. I have a ticket..but will give it up to park with our club elsewhere if need be.

List places that are really big areas with a park like setting or a parking lot with trees for shade

You can not sell out a park. The meet for CAM is at Griffith Park which covers a great deal of a section of LA between LA and the Valley. What may be sold out is the tickets to parking in closer area, the sticker/decal, and the t-shirt. I have a ticket. Bring $..I don't wear t-shirts and mine will be up for sale or trade.
My car is not up to parr for show. I have all four stock covers with no centers....very ugly. I have a medium dent in passenger front fender from previous owner as well as a torn rear tint. Tint I priced is $100..entire wagon is $250. Dent fix ranges depending on who...but around $2-300 so far. Wheels are whatever I choose or go with the ugly covers and no centers....black steelies are a worse look. All three wipers need painting. Other than that the car looks fine.

If you guys go to CAM and do want to meet up for a group ride...That can and should be done. YOU DON'T NEED A TICKET TO GO TO CAM! the ticket was for the shirt and sticker. Those that go with me...I have our stickers and will give you one for $3 (even if you have one already). I live pretty close to this park and driving down to Orange or San Diego county is not good for me if I am going right back. You guys should gather at a rest stop on 5 and then meet near the park to ride in with any others from northern areas. The meet is SAT. JUNE 8TH.
