Correct! And you will actually achieve the same horsepower and safe fuel while driving normal.

I did have a Prelude Type S intake but I prefer this as I like the growl ;)
I only run my wagon on Shell V-Power over here in the UK which is 5% Ethanol and 98RON I think.
I don't worry about fuel enconemy. If that was an issue I'd buy a 1.2ltr or a deisel

every time I see these CE1's with the H22 it makes me jealous... the stock F22B1 has no power whatsoever specially with the AC on ugh

Picked up a donor car for £230 a few weeks back. 5sp Manual :)

Bit of a shame to break it really as I've gave it a check over and other than a hole in the downpipe and exhaust and a bald tyre there doesn't seem to be anything else wrong with it. Pulls well interiors been really looked after. just a few dents and scuffs on the bodywork

They're in need of a good refurb. So that's next.

In other news. MOT Today. Failed.

Fails:
Steering rack gaitor split
Drop link dust covers split.
Insufficient handbrake.
Blow from Downpipe.

First 3 are easy fixes so thats no problem.
Finding a downpipe for this car could be troublesome
Going to try and weld it for now as a temporary fix.

I already have one man!

Small update

MOT repairs:
Steering rack gaitor replaced.
Drop link dust covers replaced.
Rear brake pads removed cleaned up and replaced, handbrake cable adjusted.

Took the Manifold heatshield off and it's blowing from the gasket at the cylinder head.
So a new manifold gasket is on order.
Also removed the Manifold and downpipe from a H22a prelude I'm breaking for a comparison between the two.
