Re: My SiR

Damn that is a nice looking accord.

Stupid me spent a year in England back in 2012 and I never dropped by to say hello! I'm going back in 2017. Don't sell the wagon until I get to see it in person!

Re: Front end conversion.

Oh, I'm not talking about swapping motors. Just swapping frames. And you're thinking way too small. The accord V6 has 280hp and 254lbs of torque. There's 90s preludes with the motor from a 2013 Honda accord that are runnings 12s in the quarter mile naturally aspirated. On top of that, you can get 25...

Front end conversion.

Lets assume one happened to have a 1997 Accord V6 laying around doing nothing. And lets assume the SAME person happened to have a 1996 Accord wagon laying around. I know the engine bay to the 1997 V6 accord has 3 inches more space than the 4 cylinder wagon. Is it POSSBLE to graft the V6 front end on...

Definitely.

Being able to shake the door panels while carrying a passenger and two 29" mountain bikes?

Priceless.

Re: Kansas 96 Accord EX VIPstyle

Updates! Got a brand new cat back exhaust. $400 including labor. So now the check engine light is gone. The guy is an excellent friend of my dad's so he didn't charge for labor :D on top of that, the car is back to being silent. I love it. Turns out the electrical system isn't failing. Quite the opp...

Re: Trunk Dimensions

Wow, I can see I've grown up since 2013. So I went to a local audio shop and told them, "here's my budget. I want a nice sounding audio system WITHOUT sacrificing trunk space. Test fitting. http://i.imgur.com/8NqKURzl.jpg Installed! Yes, seriously. http://i.imgur.com/gL8YUvVl.jpg As for what's insta...

Re: Kansas 96 Accord EX VIPstyle - And 1999 Mazda Miata!

Installed the new header. If you live somewhere that has rain or snow, DO NOT WRAP YOUR HEADER. It will rust very very quickly! After installing the header and driving around for half an hour, some bolts became loose and the car started sounding obnoxious again. Tine to get it back on the jack stand...
